Home Sweet Home card

My take on 2sketches4you card sketch... I thought it will be cute to do a flying house... I used fluffy yarn that I have from my stash. It was fun making this card and I kind of forgot about the time. It is late now and should go and rest for another day of work tomorrow! I hope everybody have an excellent weekend!

CPS sketch #171

Lately the weather is a little weird... It could be bright and warm one day, dark and dingy the next... I hope we'll get some normal summer weather soon! Anyways, I've been crafting away making card after card... I just can't stop and they are addictive... I kinda pushed aside crocheting dolls but I will get back to making them again in the future.

Today was sunny for a little bit and now back to cloudy weather... I had the chance to stop by at Cherish the Thought scrapbook store and bought a couple of cute stuff! Also made 2 cards today using Laura's sketch @ 2sketches4u blog.

Hello kitty and baby card

I finally got my silhouette sd! So excited that I finally can cut basically any shape or fonts I want... It's worth every dollar because now I can sort of save money. Rather than buying letter stickers I could use the silhouette machine. Now for my first creation with my digital cutter. I present the hello kitty card:

I used adobe illustrator to create individual shapes and cut them with different colored papers.
Next card is fresh from heaven baby card and I had the deer cut out using the silhouette sd.

I'm back with more cards!

I am finally back again to making cards now... For some time I have been completely addicted to crocheting amigurumi dolls because they are just so adorable. Recently visited the 2sketches4you blog and is very inspired by the beautiful cards. Also, I am waiting for my silhouette sd digital cutter that I bought from eBay. Can't wait till it comes so I can play with it and create an even more creative and beautiful cards. Here's my take on the card sketch by Laura that I finally have the chance to upload to the blog.
