A card that I made from PaperCrafts Wendy Johnson's card [Sketch for Joy of Card Making].
I'm Still figuring out on how to submit it to their website.. hehehe...

Supplies:
Cardstock: (Pink) Bazzill Basics Paper.
Patterned Paper: (Twitterpated from Crush line) Fancy Pants.
Fibers: (Garden party) Making Memories.
Fonts: (Baveuse) www.dafont.com
Adobe Software: (Illustrator CS).
Clear stamp: (Penguin Chick from A Shore Thing collection) Imaginisce.
Ink: (White Pigment ink, Charcoal Chalk) Colorbox.
Marker: (Yellow, Pink) Letraset.
Bling: (Gemstones) Hero Arts.
Flower: (Essentials Just Us) Prima.
Others: Foam Tape.
Finished Size: 3 1/4" x 5 1/2".

Instructions:
1.
Make card from cardstock.
2. Cover 1/3" of card with the reverse side of the patterned paper.
3. Adhere ribbon.
4. Print "Aloha!" on white cardstock.
5. Stamp Penguin above "Aloha!", Trim, Mat around
pink cardstock and ink edges. (Adhere w/ foam tape).
6. Adhere flower and bling on 2 opposite corners.

I was reorganizing some scrapbook materials that i had into a binder... and I was about to throw this Heidiswapp packaging... But I thought I could make sth out of this... I ended up with a monkey head... Used Heidiswapp hearts for her eyes.. Thought it'll be interesting..

So here we go.. I've just finished doing a card based on Rae's sketch... had a lot of fun with it even though i had some troubles finding the right color match.. I basically used my leftover scraps.. and Voila.. there it is..

Phew... I finally made another card... it's been a while since i've made 1... I was down with a cold last week.. But i'm getting better..

I went to Deserres a.k.a Loomis, they were having a 100th anniversary sale... Lucky Me!! They had a bunch of cool stuff there although not as complete as a specialty scrapbook store. But i did find some nice things to buy.. ^o^

Anyways, here's my Birthday Card...

My creation for today... It started off with the Rub-on, and i had the perfect left over paper that matches the damask on the rub on... so... There you go....

Thank you card..

Supplies:
Cardstock(Bazzill); Patterned paper(americancrafts); Ribbon(mayarts); Flower(heidiswapp); acrylic stamp(DMD); ink(colorboxchalk, warm red & Creamy brown); Button(autumnleaves); Rub-on(Scenicroute); Bling; fiber.

Instuctions:

1. Trim brown cardstock 11-5/8" x 3-1/2".

2. Fold them into diff. sizes. longer piece(6-1/2")

3. Trim yellow cardstock into 4-3/4" x 3-1/2".

4. Cut scalloped edges on the yellow cardstock.

5. Trim flower paper into 4-1/4" x 2-3/4" & ink edges brown.

6. Stamp a bird onto a piece of white cardstock & trim around frame.

7. Add "round thank you" rub-on & button w/ fiber onto flower.

8. Adhere yellow cardstock, flower paper, "bird" img , flower, ribbon & bling onto the brown base.

9. Add "Thank you" Rub-on onto the bottom of the card.

Here's what I made for today... A scrapbook in a Shadow Box... it's roughly about 8 1/2" x 8 1/2". It was a picture taken when we went to Tofino(still in the car)..

Oh i so have been wanting to have my own dog... and i was searching through the internet roughly what kind of dog i would like... at first i was looking at havanese, shitzu mostly small dogs with furry coat.. and then i was just on the phone and i asked david what type of dog he'd like.. and he said Jack russell.. so i looked at some pictures on the internet.. and i found they were cute... well.. it might be another 1 or 2 years before i do get a dog... But here's some pictures of jack russells... aren't they cute??

So here's one of first try on acrylic tags. It was a challenge at the beginning.. but i quickly get the hang of it.. It was fun trying to think of ways to make both sides look good and not showing the glue...
